SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES DESCRIPTION (“SERVICE SCHEDULE”)
This Service Schedule provides a comprehensive description of the license and subscription rights to the OneKey Identity Database. IQVIA provides two (2) kinds of access to the OneKey Identity Database: (a) access that includes a set of fields made available for Licensee’s use, as outlined in Section 1 (OneKey Identity Database Access by Licensee) below, and (b) access that includes a set of fields made available for the users of Licensee Application as further detailed in Section 2 (OneKey Identity Database Access by Licensee’s Customers) below.
1. OneKey Identity Database Access by Licensee. The following standard set of information is made available for Licensee:
